5 hour wait times. Then when you finally give up and leave they send you a bill for being seen, even though you were only checked in. I never left the lobby!

Please stop sending degrading packets promoting plastic surgery to new mothers. It is very degrading and sickening. I would hope that you send apology letters to each and every patient you sent these to.

I had to go to the E.R. At 3am in the morning a month ago and used "online check-in". The "On-Line" nurse called me within a minute to ask about my Chief Complaint to make sure that I was not needing more. Then seconds later the E.R. Nurse on site at Dominican called me to inform me that they were ready for me. Dr. Whaley attended to me and was very compassionate and caring along with the nurses and X-Ray Tech. I kindly thank you all!!!

This Sienna St.Rose hospital use to be the best hospital for emergency care. Treated your pain and concerns made the most comfortable at your worst. Now all I can hear RN gossiping and using profanity. Went in for chest pain right side of my body hurting they worked fast on labs, ex ray, EKG, which they done while i was in the waiting room and wheeling me back and forth.Had me waiting hours still no pain meds. My son, daughter-n-law and grandsons were visiting from Illinois when my youngest grandson, Carter, who is 13 months old, had been wheezing, a runny nose, coughing and was cutting teeth. What a way to start a vacation!!! The good news was, he was going to be okay. He was given a couple of breathing treatments and some medications along with using his inhaler as needed.
