The RN there when I went in when feeling very unwell . Her name is Serenity. She seriously changed my perspective on how I feel about visiting hospitals, and feeling safe there and understanding what’s going on. If it wasn’t for this good experience I wouldn’t be getting better right now. Ty to all nurses and doctors who truly care about people like she does
Five Stars — Consistently Excellent Emergency Care at Dignity Health If you need an ER in Henderson, I strongly recommend the Dignity Health ER on West Lake Mead Parkway. Every visit I’ve had there has been fast, professional, and genuinely caring. This was my fourth visit to Dignity Health’s ER over the past three years, and once again the experience was exceptionally positive. Nurse Serenity and Dr. Hunt in the ER were great at treating my mom! they explained everything thoroughly and kept a positive attitude. I would request them again!
Sweetest and most caring staff, nurses, doctors they took very well care of me!
I’ve had not one but TWO terrible experiences here. It always starts off with helpful staff (this is only reason I give 2 stars) then seems to gradually become horribly worse. I do not recommend this Emergency room under any circumstance.
