I want to acknowledge the excellent service I received from this hospital, specially Ron, RN. And Physician Eduardo LaCalle, from the very first moment, they were incredibly professional, kind, and patient. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered every single one of my questions, and truly made me feel valued. Amazing ER team! Every time I or a family member have come here, we’ve received excellent care. The staff is caring, professional, and attentive, with little to no wait time — sometimes literally none at all.

Nurse Serenity is amazing. Came in with a bug bite. Dr was serious and kinda rude but she made everything ok.. I was given antibiotics and sent home. Without Serenity the review would be a 2 based on The DR Be kind. Be patient. Don’t judge. Every single person has a different walk in life. Not everyone wants pains meds or have drug issues! Be kind like Nurse Serenity! Laugh a little. I’m sure the money is worth a laugh. To see people leave better than they came should be the reward! NURSES ARE THE TRUE MVPS

I felt As if the staff treated me feel like a person, Instead of a burden like many other E rooms do. In particular Ronald, my nurse was stellar in the department of Being Personal and informative, He made me feel comfortable and showed a lot of compassion during My situation, Took extra time to make me feel calm and answer questions.
