Absolutely the worst ER in Bakersfield. Try to avoid it Treated terribly, totally forgotten about. Very rude staff. We were skipped over for MANY HOURS. Then they are going to reply to this with a generic response they are always looking and trying to improve with our doing so. Stop trying and start actually doing. Who is the actually person we can speak to at the hospital regarding the experience. What is their title, phone number and email
Worst ER in Bakersfield. Treated terribly, totally forgotten about. Very rude staff.
If its possible...they went from a 5 star..several years ago ...to what would be a zero...12 hours in ER in a chair...a nightmare... so bad...that I walked home 2 1/2 hours in the middle of the night to calm the rage. I was laughed at...ignored...invisible...and outright lied to by a two faced nurse. And bottom line...the doctor gave me an unqualified diagnosis without having even considering asking what my symptoms had been. Long story that I will try to forget.
I didn't die the day I went to the ER, so the medical bills are trying to kill me.
