I had to take my husband in and for only having one doctor to see all emergency patients, we felt very taken care of. All nurses were very kind and helpful. They listened to us. It was calm and very clean. We had to stay in the emergency for about a day. We were moved to a room and had the nurse Jeff. He made everyone's day. To see someone that truly loves people and loves his job was amazing.

Only 1 other person in the waiting room on arrival and we still waited 6 hours before seeing a provider for severe epigastric pain and oral intolerance. We mentioned to the nurse that my father had been in pain for 5 hours without getting any meds or fluids and the nurse said “oh that’s nothing, usually it’s 8 hours”. Doctor's Name: C Ruben or C Rubin, works at the ER. Extremely Rude and Unprofessional from the very first interaction, he inappropriately touched my visitor, then proceeded to berate me for my condition, throwing blame, calling me miserable, skin and bones, and refusing to give the promised treatment after 4 hours of waiting in pain. Worst hospital ever! delay of care. Waited here for over seven hours, just to be ignored and deal attitude. The nurses are so rude that they didn’t want to answer my basic questions and ignored me continuously even when I was having a panic attack. Now eight hours later - Still haven’t been given test results Instead was told by NP Why I didn’t come sooner. No empathy at all these people should not be in the medical field.
