7 hours only for medicine and they didn’t even check anything and I’m 6 months pregnant, there’s blood everywhere and roaches outside and inside, I had to wait outside while pregnant for 7 hours only get to pills and they didn’t even check the baby or anything

Muy mala experiencia esta sala, tardan horas para llamarte después de tu registro. Cuando te desesperas y vas a preguntar resulta que olvidaron anotarte!!! Eso es muy común, tal vez por aseguranzas qué no tienen mayores coberturas ya que hay personas que hasta salen a platicar con ellas y les dan trato preferencial, ya que a otras ni las hacen esperar!!

I had a very good experience at the ER in Bakersfield. The staff were professional, attentive, and took my concerns seriously from the beginning. Even though it was busy, everything was handled in an organized and efficient way. As an international patient, I especially appreciated how well they managed my travel insurance. The process was handled smoothly, which made a stressful situation much easier. Overall, I felt well cared for and would recommend this ER for their professionalism and efficiency.
