Absolutely atrocious bedside manner and an almost supernatural ability to ignore anything a patient says. Find an ER that doesnt contract with these clowns if that is possible for you. What an embarrassing overall review rating. Wasn’t even going to bother leaving this review until ERG had the audacity to send me text asking for one. Glad to see I’m not alone in believing this group is as bad at their jobs as I thought.
they saved my life
I was having an Anaphylaxis allergic reaction to a muscle relaxer. It was a mild case but lufe threatening due to blisters covering my throat area, my tongue and the roof of my mouth. The ER quickly moved in my behalf to alleviate the air passage and to help me recuperate. Awesome nurse, Ang and the attending physician.
I was on vacation and hurt my hip…ended up in the er and couldn’t have gotten better care! The doctors and nurses were all very nice and caring!
