The hospital (HCA) refunded our money for the first visit due to EPIC doctor incompetent care, yet EPIC has billed for this doctor's incompetence. The incompetence required a second billable visit where another EPIC physician could not help my daughter as a result of his colleagues incompetence on the first visit.
