Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? No. I wasn't listened to at all! Did this veterinarian seem overwhelmed with too many pets? No, he/she seemed very calm and not in a rush to see the next pet Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Yes, they seemed like they wanted to be somewhere else

Was your pet anxious to leave this veterinarian's office? Not at all! I've never seen my pet so calm. They really have a gift with animals here. Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Does this provider have helpful information available online? No, just a basic listings page Were the examining rooms clean and free of odor? Yes, they were immaculate.

Did this provider show attention to detail? Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information Did this veterinarian have a large selection of medication available for your pet? Not at all! They were out of everything and I had to go somewhere else Was this provider late to your appointments? Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted

I called them tonight because I believed my Dog had been bitten by a spider in the house. The say they are an "emergency" pet services clinic, but if you aren't a client there, don't expect to get any emergency services, they will instead refer you Wilmington or Jacksonville. They won't even give you any tips or help you in any way other than to give you another phone number to call. Not convienent if you had a very serious emergency with your pet in the Havelock area-if you do, be ready to drive to Jacksonville or Wilmingto... read more
