Just left and had the best experience. The receptionist was so attentive and professional. My dog got into rat poison and I called right away and she gave me instructions on what to do immediately all while taking my information and preparing for me to come in. I live 45 minutes away so she had taken all my info and had the exam room ready when I walked through the doors. Dr. Taylor and her technicians were outstanding! Horrible experience!! Doctor was extremely rude, and they were misleading about the prices. When we said we didn't have $500 to find out what was wrong with our dog because we had just spent $600 on tires, the doctor told us "I have to pay for the $125,000 I spent on medical school", then proceeded to say "Owning a pet is a privilege, not a right.", like we are some irresponsible jerks for not being rich. I will never go here again.
I can’t say enough for the staff that were there on Christmas Eve 12/24/17 to help with my baby boy. They were so amazing,thoughtful and kind through the whole transition of making him comfortable for his journey to a happy place and pain free place. It was so hard to do this at Christmas. Thank y’all for everything. God Bless You
Can't say enough nice things about the vet and staff. They were wonderful during an extremely emotional experience for us. Thank you for all you did.
They were there when we needed them, and very professional to work with when there is a stress factor over a favorite pet.
