Sent our cat home from surgery to remove a fish hook and did not provide any antibiotics to treat after. He then became infected and needed further treatment from a REAL vet!

All these people care about is getting home on time and money,drove 45 minutes to get there for them to tell me I needed to take my cat some where else! Very unprofessional so make sure you get there before 7:30 am

I had to bring in our boy Zack in on a Sunday who was having breathing problems (Baby Boy was 17 yrs old). We had to let him go but the staff was just amazing, caring and so understanding with helping us through the heartbreaking process of crossing over our boy. I can not thank you guys enough for everything you did for us.

I had to take my beagle there on Memorial Day and they were very upfront about the initial cost before I even signed or filled out any paperwork. I appreciated that a lot. They took fantastic care of my baby and were very positive about her after care and even followed up with my vet later. I will absolutely use them again ♡

From personal Experience the doctors and staff have very limited knowledge to help pets at this hospital. In the future, I will go to Wilmington or even Raleigh where better new medical knowledge and equipment can help my pets.

During an extremely rough time they were kind and caring. Provided all options and were honest and upfront. If it had to go like this I’m glad it was here.

My poor pup was sick and became dehydrated. Took her here at almost midnight on a Sunday and they took very good care of her. Gave her IV and tested her for to make sure she hadn’t been poisoned and did X-ray to make sure she didn’t have intestinal blockage. Yes it’s expensive for an emergency visit. But so is emergency room visits for humans too.
