Did this veterinarian have a large selection of medication available for your pet? Yes, they offer a huge selection of medication Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted

Did this veterinarian seem overwhelmed with too many pets? No, he/she seemed very calm and not in a rush to see the next pet Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to Does this veterinarian offer emergency after-hour services? Yes, I can always count on them

Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Was this animal hospital's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely, the customer is always right here Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? my dog was shot. this place is awful. your animal will die. they should be ashamed of how they treated my 10mth old chesapeake.
