Came in covered in my dogs blood. Got turned away, I must’ve mistaken the emergency part. Update: the attached image is what a real vet had to do in order to help our dog.
Never go here!!! Staff very rude and when u ask them to be nicer accuse your of yelling and refuse to see ur dog Not joking. Entire staff lacks any compassion except those who come in with a fat wallet! Went in with a critical kitten, my little Minnie🐱 and they refused to help without a $1,000 to start. Wouldn't work with me at all. Even though we both agreed she wouldn't make it through the night without treatment. I have been here before, love how you are prompt. Brought my dog in because she was not walking well and very noise sensitive to sound. They ran a test and said she would be fine. I was told to take her home and put her in a dark quiet place,I did and today she is all back to normal. I want to thank you for helping my fur baby and calming me. I also want to add that I received a follow up call asking how my dog was doing.
Went my first time last night/today. The wait was long. But the dr. Spent good time with me and my pet. And she didn't try to sell me every test in the book. She suggested a practical solution! I really felt like they cared about my pet and not my wallet. I used to go to DB emergency- but never again will I go there now! This place has won me over!!! (Because the pricing was amazingly reasonable).
