scammers.. Tarzana medical center is a scam so is these people. You go to emergency room and they send you a 1500 bill when you have insurance and they say its out of network. They fail to tell you when you are actually being admitted that they are out of network. What a scam!!!
Avoid if you can. This company contracts out all communications for billings to a third party. That third party is rude and unprofessional. There is not a way that I have found to reach anyone other than somebody reading a script to collect money. The only way I know to avoid them is avoid Tarzana hospital for emergency visits. Tarzana hospital is great but unfortunately this company they use is bad.
