They keep sending me two separate bills over and over again. I have to keep calling them every month since 09/2015. Dr. Nadia Shaukat and Dr. Jose Torres I already paid you. $250 twice for Shaukat ( I supposed to get back the extra payment) and $167 for Torres. The balance is paid by GHI, And they already paid. How many times are you going to bill me? and where is my refund? Where Do I report this irregularities?
