They ran test I was not informed nor consent it, make up symptoms I do not have, then billed my insurance and now leaving me with a bill for services that I didn't agreed to. The office staffs were rude, constantly talking over me and hung up on me. I can not reach any management level people or talk to my doctor with the clinic staff being so rude and preventing any attempts to try and resolve the issue.
Had brain surgery in January of 2019... have been placed in collection for nonpayment of $204 that I’ve never rec’d a bill for. I’ve been trying to contact y’all as soon as I found out to inquire and pay said bill with only a response of someone in corporate that knows nothing of billing. I’ve tried ever 800 number y’all have given me and nothing. You want your money??? CALL ME! I’ve never in my life had to beg a company to let me pay my account. Also just so y’all know the hospital itself requires my entire out of pocket up... read more
Questcare has terrible doctors. One of their ER doctors, Dr. Jacob Mumm, missed my broken leg in the er. Sent me home walking on it and ended up with a blood clot. Just to top it off, no one from Questcare will call me back. Beware of this awful company!! I could have died by this terrible doctors negligence. Complaints filed against them everywhere!!
I am receiving Collection Agencies Letters for services provided to me last year on February and March. I spoke with the health insurance provided and was advised that Quest has not submitted the invoices paperwork to them. I placed and left a message with Quest Customer Service Voice Mail and no answer. Looks like more dastric action is required.
HORRIBLE customer service!!! Billing is a joke!
I was seen in the emergency room at Medical City Dallas buy Dr. Mini Delashaw. the doctor didn't even spend five minutes in the room with me before making a snap diagnosis. No testing of any kind was done, no blood work was done. She is incompetent, rude, uncompassionate, and should not be in the medical field by any means. I will be filing a complaint against the doctor, Questcare, and against the hospital as they decided to still bill me even though she could have killed me giving me a medication I was allergic to. I left ... read more
They keep billing me for someone else’s visit! I even received a letter acknowledging that the hospital made an error, and registered someone else under my husbands previous account. I have forwarded the letter to them twice, yet they continue to harass us with the bills, and then I call and have the same conversation with a different representative, just for them to say “we didn’t receive it, send it to us again”. I even had the ethics/billing integrity person from the hospital call them (and she follows up with me to confi... read more
I received a bill from EMA, providing two lines detailing charges for visiting Carroll County Hospital. The first charge simple states $900.00 for "Emergency Dept Visit". That's it. The second small charge of $55.00 “ MED SERV 10PM-8AM 24 HR FAC.) I was in the emergency room for LESS than four hours. “Nurse” Ross physically rendered services for less than 30 minutes. Carrol County Hospital billed me $ 913.84 for lab work, CT scan, pharmacy meds, etc.. I disputed this invoice several times in writing. I requested an itemized ... read more
