Jim at Nu-Star was amazing. When are home was invaded in the middle of the night, Jim took our call calmly and his team came to clean up the broken glass and boarded our home up within hours of the home invasion. My glass sliding door shattered so I called Nu Star Glass needing an emergency repair same day. This was around 3:00pm and Jim was at my house within 30 minutes and had it fixed in no time. He was extremely nice and helpful and I will absolutely give him a call if needed in the future.

I got a broken window and had a hard time finding someone to fix my window. Called Jim, took some pics of the window, he said he could have someone over to me the very next day. Everything worked out and my window is fixed! Great job, responsive, and very accomodating
