I came in with SOB. After 8 hours I started having chest pain #5 on a scale of 1 to 10. I could view my labs but was told I had to wait because the Dr had to relay them. I don’t mind the wait but I started to get progressively worse. I used to be so proud of this place. Not anymore, now just hoping I can get out before daylight.
Checked in my son clearly describing the issue and confirming no visible damage or visible issue with the doctors. The after report which we were emailed wrote a completely different narrative than the one we provided. Be sure to request they understood what you told them or else they will write a fictional narrative. Edit: Looking back I'm finding more inconsistencies with the doctors notes claiming they urged us to stay after a preliminary evaluation. I’ve been in the ER 5 1/2 hours and still no Dr. if I could give negative stars I would! How is this even remotely ok… ? Never again… lord if you’re merciful… never again…. Never let me walk in these doors again!
their system is down i been here 5 hours room im in looks like it hasn't been clean in weeks!! so tire of this place
Came here because my boyfriend was taken in after a car accident. They checked him in at around 2pm and we didnt leave until after 8pm, and it was all wait time. Simply waiting for the discharge paperwork took over an hour. Also at some point there was a lady that started shaking uncontrollably and no one helped her. The other patients waiting had to start massing her arms to try and help. Most people also ended up just leaving because they had been waiting over 5 hours
