I came to the ER expecting what I read on the reviews. It was the opposite this time of what I read. The ER staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. I want to give a special thanks to Na'jah in registration. She was very helpful and provided a lot of information. Wilfred Recera (ED RN) for assisting the doctor and being friendly and patient with me. Mr. Mayar's the doctor for helping me understand what could be happening. He was very nice and patient as well. The ER personnel could not answer a single question. Seems like folks around us were there for hours. One lady had been there since 2 PM and she finally was tended to at around 10PM. The waiting room was not designed to handle the amount of people we saw during our visit. The facility should be at least twice as big.

The ER waiting room is filthy. Blood on the floor and walls. Medical supplies all over the ER waiting room. Was in the waiting room for two days with a family member. Not one person has cleaned anything. A hospital is supposed to be kept clean. I will say security has been great.

I was asked IF MY SON WAS BORN IN THIS COUNTRY by registration nurse. I was disgusted by the question but I was more disgusted when I saw ICE AGENTS inside the ER area. Never going there again!

I have been in the ER for 4.5 hours. The floors are disgusting, the janitors came out to put tp in the washroom and put out the caution sign, but the floors look like they haven't been cleaned in days. I have seen multiple staff coming out to look for the same patient several times. It tells me that they are not communicating between them. Oh and while you are in the waiting room, no one knows anything. I don't care how bad I feel I will never come back here again.
