I was detoxing there and they took me in the back right away to get me help . I was shaking so bad and in so much pain . I tried my best to stay strong but i gave up hope .they kept encouraging to stay and provided me as much help as they can also I was supposed to stay 3 days but me being a alcoholic and a coward wanted to be decharged and now I regret leaving . Thank you much for all your hard work . Bless
Update: We visited this ER again yesterday (3/14/25) and were very impressed again. Everyone was pleasant, my daughter was seen relatively quickly. The only downside is the beds in the hall aren't particularly private. But I also have no doubt that if I had requested to speak in a private setting they would have obliged. Husband agrees, this is our go-to ER. Way better than either Rush location (though busier as well). We actually had a very pleasant experience.
