Family member was taken to ER after Dr told him to go there and get IV antibiotics. They waited over 5 hours to start the antibiotic He was made to wait 6 hours with no food or drink, supposedly waiting for tests . Once he was given the ok for food, the nurse said Cafe was closed, but I could go get something somewhere if I wanted. She didn't even offer to get him water - I had to go to vending machine for it. Family member was taken to ER. He was made to wait 6 hours with no food or drink, supposedly waiting for tests . I really hate this emergency room. It always seems like im not believed. Sick as hell and feel so bad but i wont go back to this ER!! MHP or Seymour next time for me. This was not my first trip to this ER either. My conscience is making this post. Go elsewhere. They send in a woman with a computer on wheels for payment before they do anything for you!
