Just awful! We made an appointment for our mother with dementia and had to wait an hour and a half past the appointment time and they still said there were 4 people ahead of us. The other people in the waiting room had been waiting for 3 hours. The girls at the front desk were great and made sure to get us the first appointment for the next day.
