Tgis lady hung up the phone on me and cancelled my appointment with a tooth bleeding out of my mouth and I have barely ate for 5 days straight
Called for relative….Put on hold & didn’t return…..Don’t USE THEM
Horrible customer service. Place is dirty. the lady on the phone is rude and dismissive. they are false advertising. If you dont have insurance through a job you cant be seen here. Not emergency service like stated.

What a joke. The call center rep who answers calls here is dense as **** and doesn't listen at all. I told her I needed emergency dental work for my son (I called because this IS listed as a 24/7 emergency dental practice, duh) and she said they don't accept patients under 16 and that she'd forward me to a "line" that has info about dentist offices I can call. I specifically asked her if there's pediatric dental emergency clinics, or if it's just simply a listing of regular routine visit dentists (the latter which I or anybo... read more
