Terrible place with seemingly kind people. Let me start off by saying the staff who attended to us were kind. The Dr. Ask or whatever her name was almost villainous in her approach to dental work. She was so careless I think she might have done more harm than good for what should have been a fairly routine extraction for any tenured DMD. Terrible bedside manner. They just want to charge you as much money as possible through your Insurance. The dentist seems inexperienced and cant seem to explain a dental procedure properly without stumbling on what she is saying. Came and left right away. Inexperienced and ready to over charege you. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
I had a pretty bad experience. I came in for a tooth extraction the front desk lady was super kind and helpful. The dental assistant was a sweetheart but the dentist herself was rather callous and only seemed to care about how my pain (and this screaming) would scare the other patients. They decided I’d need two teeth removed but we only got one removed and it wasn’t the one causing me the pain which isn’t necessarily their fault. 1-Star Review (would give zero if I could) I made an appointment over the phone for 1:00 PM. They confirmed the time and even told me that 1PM was the slot where I wouldn’t have to wait. So I drove 45 minutes, got there 10 minutes early, walked in… and wasn’t even greeted. I signed in, sat down, and then got called up only to be told I had to fill out all my forms online AND that I’d be waiting two hours. No apology. No explanation.
