Hung up on me mid conversation because I had to ask them what’s best to do when I don’t have money if taking the over the counter medication was best for my tooth problem till I get money but he hung. Terrible place and terrible people.
Listed online and even in the name that this is an emergency dental service. I read in the description how they offer 24/7 emergency dental care however upon calling I learned they only offer emergency dental services to already established patients.
I called about basic info and the woman who answered the phone is very rude, short and unprofessional in representing front office work for a dentist. WILL NOT RECOMMEND doing business with them. Jeeze, where do they find those unprofessional persons like that to be rude to collect a paycheck. A very bad look on the dentist and the WHOLE staff.
Just called for an emergency appointment. Tooth needs pulled, left side of face is completely swollen. The closest office is 30 minutes away from me.... the lady argued with me, then hung up on me!!!! Never again, will not recommend!!!!
