Firstly I’m shocked to see all the biased opinion about this company (Most Bad reviews are people upset about having to pay their bill despite insurance covering costs) but I can only speak from my experience, ECS has absolutely been a lifesaver in this trying time, my garage caught fire and I hired them to do my rebuild not only can I say they worked with me & my insurance and kept me updated & included but they did a fabulous job at putting my house back together ! Unacceptable and predatory experience. They showed up and performed work on my business without authorization, no quote, no estimate, no agreement. Then handed me a $1,800 bill after the fact. When I disputed it, I was told “that’s just how it works,” and then threatened with a lien if I didn’t pay. I paid under pressure, not because I agreed. Awful people. Police called them after I had a break in. Put a Home Depot cheap board and didn’t say anything until the ridiculous bill arrived. Pressured by them to go through insurance, probably so they could scam them as well and then was threatened when I questioned the bill. Hard to tell who the real criminals are when people like this take advantage

Roch and his crew boarded up my home and provided the reconstruction after a fire. His team was informative and kept me updated throughout this trying time and process. His office staff was kind enough to keep the communication lines open with my homeowners insurance after I filing my claim. This really helped especially because I live alone, have 2 jobs and had so much to deal with at the time. Thanks ECS for everything!
