I have always had an outstanding experience here. I have some medical issues, and have frequented this location. I have always been seen within 5-10 minutes (except maybe once I think I waited 45 - which is still incredibly short for an ER). Nurse Kayla is my favorite - she is so kind, friendly, and helpful. The front desk staff have ALWAYS been incredibly kind and helpful. Going to the ER will never be an enjoyable experience, but the staff here take the edge off and make you feel at peace knowing you are in great hands.

CRAP hospital. Trash on the ground at the emergency entrance. They did a cbc diff blood test and there's no way that the results were completed in under 5 minutes.

They said that I refused medical Care on a pink slip. During a mental health crisis I was brought in by an ambulance and instead of admitting me they denied me. I wouldn't bring a healthy person here because they would leave worse than they came in.

If you are in excruciating debilitating pain and your seeking help DO NOT COME TO A TRIHEALTH Arrow Springs!!! These people will never help you!!! you will be 100% treated like drug addict!!!! nurses and doctors will listen to you scream in agony and do nothing. When you ask for relief your met with judgement and ridiculed. Doctor Aaron Smith at arrow springs does not care about your health and well being. And Aaron Smith is just here for a paycheck.
