I have never had a bad experience here. I came here when I thought I may be having a stroke. They treated me immediately and took me seriously (if anything, overly cautious) They ran a CT and were able to confirm quickly that I was ok. I am very grateful for how quickly I was seen.

We had a wonderful experience here! The staff was so friendly and so great with our daughter. They fixed her nursemaid’s elbow right up and we’re so thankful!

Two stars because the receptionist was Super friendly and helpful. Was seen two days ago for being unable to have a bowel movement and was promptly sent home with “constipation.” I followed their instructions and now cannot urinate either. When I called today to ask whether they would be actually willing to treat me today and not just dismiss my symptoms, they wouldn’t even give me a wait time to determine if I could come in. You’re either gonna have a great doctor or you’re gonna have not a great doctor. Lucky for me I actually ended up with a pretty good one myself. And we all know that there’s the need for professionalism first and then good rapport. Your doctor doesn’t need to be your best friend. They need to tell you how it is and sometimes you don’t want to hear the news.

Lots of negative reviews so maybe I just got lucky, but I had a great experience. Went in at 1 AM, suspected appendicitis. The young lady at the front desk was personable and kind. The attending nurse, Zach (Zack?), was also very kind and reassuring. As was Dr. Dowiatt.
