Amazing program! I had Karen as a instructor, and she is the best. I was in a accelerated class, she made it easy and we breezed through the material. She knows how to present the material so it’s easy to understand. She wants you to pass the course and save lives. She’s caring and passionate as an instructor, you will not find a better instructor to teach you this material.
Karen Fiorello is the most hard working instructors that I have met. She will give you 110% and more so that you would pass the course.

I just passed the EMT-B state certification exam yesterday with great ease owing to all that I learned here during my course at ECP. I was in the summer accelerated course so it was intense but definitely worth it. The instructors are great, very helpful and try their best to make it a very enjoyable yet informative learning process. Miss Karen Fiorello, our lead instructor, is simply amazing, one of the best and most helpful teachers I've ever had the pleasure of studying under throughout my entire career as a student.
