I had Karen as an instructor during my time at Emergency Care Programs. She truly wants each and every student to excel and know their stuff. She incorporates her humor into all of her lectures and while emphasizing the critical things you need to know while you’re out in the field. My time at E.C.P was great ! I met a great group of people and Karen my instructor. Who couldn’t have taught us as a class any better then she has, she’s really a phenomenal person who doesn’t give up on you when you’ve given up on yourself & to all the other instructors who pushed us to exceed, to become great future EMTs thank you!! With hard work & a lot of reading. I’m sure anyone who attends E.C.P will do just fine and become a much better person afterwards.
Such an awesome experience here! Karen is a fantastic instructor and she puts her heart and soul into what she does here. I’ll be forever grateful that this place was the start of my career in medicine.
I would 100% recommend Emergency Care Programs to anybody interested in getting there EMT certification. I just came out of the last class (Nov 2019) Make sure you request to be in Karen Fiorello’s class. She really knows her stuff, is a great teacher and if you’re willing to do your part and put in the work I can promise you with Karen as your instructor you will pass and you will walk away feeling confident in your skills and knowledge as an EMT!
ECP is great & highly recommend, I took the class taught by Karen Fiorello and she is the BEST,she loves teaching &she loves helping as long as she sees you trying and willing to learn. STUDY STUDY...They OFFER TUTORING Incase you need extra help during the course .. this experience was FUN , AMAZING & I LEARN ALOT ! I took the course with Karen. She's the best! Everything was thoroughly explained and if you had any other questions or need an explanation, Karen and the other instructors were eager to answer. I enjoyed learning and taking this course with Karen and all of the instructors. They were all amazing and made this learning experience fun as well!
