They took excellent care of my dog, and were considerate of our emotional state.

On Christmas Day we had to take our 13-yo cat in. We wound up deciding to have her put down. Dr. Weisberg was incredibly patient answering our questions. We were given all the time we needed to make a decision. I never want to have to go there again, but if we needed emergency car for any of our remaining cats I'd be there in a heartbeat. We received a very nice call the next day to find out how things were going. We talked about shelters where we could find a new cat and they were again, incredibly helpful.

Caring, calming, competent, compassionate. That sums it up well.

I called ahead to explain my cat's issues to see if it was a true emergency and we all thought it was a UTI. Instead of waiting 12 hours+ to get her into her vet (this was a Sunday night at 6:30), decided I'd take her in as she seemed in pain. Everyone, from the person who answered the phone, to the receptionist, the vet tech, and the doctor, were just as nice and compassionate as could be. Hopefully, I'll never have to go back but it's reassuring that if an emergency came up, my "babies" would be in good hands.

Since there wasn't much that could be done at that time, as he most likely had a brain tumor, we brought Sam home that night for observation. Unfortunately, he proceeded to have 4 more seizures that night, and we knew that the end was near, although it was breaking our hearts to put him down. Dr. Brewer and her staff made the whole process much more e... read more
