After having to put my dog down they tossed her harness and leash in the trash.... heartless and disrespectful to the max is apparently how they carry themselves at this place. I am still so pissed off I want to do so many things to everyone at that place. Just avoid and goto the next spot

Business response:

Mr Yoo, first I'd like to offer my condolences for your, and your family's, loss of Mylie. I spoke with the techs who helped you the day you picked up Mylie's ashes and they don't remember being asked about a harness or leash. If you'll describe the harness, I'd be happy to look for it. Finally, threats to our staff are neither appreciated nor tolerated. I will do everything I can to find Mylie's harness and leash and get it back to you. If I am able to locate it, we can set up a date and time for you to pick it up and i wil... read more

Thank you for the care and kindness you gave me and my sweet boy. Your staff is awesome and no matter how many times I called to check in on Mr Max you always gave a descriptive update to put me at ease. I can't thank you enough

They do not listen to families when discussing finances, made the decision to give our 10 pound cat who hadn't had much to eat or drink in almost 3 weeks THREE enemas without our consent which wound up costing her her life the very next day, and they have not bothered to return our three calls/messages that we left with the front desk. So no, I do not recommend this animal hospital and will absolutely tell friends and family to steer clear. I simply wanted to discuss the care with the doctor or management to understand what ... read more

Business response:

We have different veterinarians on everyday and we are ER. so if you have questions you may email at eahinfo@yahoo.com. we try to do our very best at treating our patients and when finances are a problem we offer Carecredit.com or take off diagnostics. I took my cat Sammy late one night. They got him in right away. Unfortunately he had to be put down but with COVID they were very nice. They made sure the room was comfortable for both Sammy and myself. They gave us time to be alone before and after it happened. They also didn’t charge an arm and a leg. He was cremated and a week after he passed we receive a card in the mail as well as his paw prints. For meeting him and us once he went above and beyond. I highly recommend them and I do wish they were a regular vets office a... read more

My almost 13 year old Collie, Lindy could not stand up and had twitching eyes. Catonsville was too busy for us and told me there would be a long wait. I found Emergency Animal Hospital on the Internet. I’m so happy I did. Staff was friendly and we absolutely loved Dr. Myers. Lindy was taken back right away and Dr. Myers came out within minutes. Lindy will be OK in time, thank goodness. If I ever need an Emergency Vet again, I know where I’ll be going. Thank you for taking great care of Lindy. ❤️

Dr. Weisberg and staff were very kind and thorough in caring for our dog, Sophie this past weekend when we took her in. They quickly diagnosed her and gave her the medication she needed. We have been to the Emergency Animal Hospital a couple times in the past and every experience has been very good. I would highly recommend Emergency Animal Hospital of Ellicott City to anyone who needs their pet seen when their vet is not open.
