Well... they're open late and are ready if needed. I didn't like the fact that the counter person got a call from the back...her reply was basically, "We've collected!" I understand people have probably ripped them off before but to do this type of communication out in the open really upsets me. They should use some type of messaging system so an honest customer, wouldn't be aware that getting paid is a prerequisite! I know it is but to basically state, "We got the money, okay to proceed" is just wrong
horrible service and way over priced
My dog had his first seizure. I was in a panic and at 12am I took him there. They were very understanding and tried everything to help my poor boy feel okay but to also make sure I was okay. While we were there he had a second seizure. They immediately scooped him up and rushed him to the back. Of course I was a blubbering mess. But they made sure I was okay. They not only had compassion for my dog but for me as well. I would definitely recommend them.
Rush my baby into the emergency room the Staff the Dr all were very nice made you feel real comfortable and they took great care of my baby came out and explain everything to me. I have a 13 year old Shih Tzu poo and his name is Snickers and he's doing wonderful today. Thank you BluePearl for taking good care of my baby.
Our dog collapsed at home and we rushed her here. I can’t say enough about the doctors and the staff who took very good care of her, explained everything fully to us about what was going on and what to expect. It’s the first time our girl had to spend the night at an animal care facility. They told me I could call anytime through the night to get an update and they meant what they said I called at four in the morning and the vet tech that was taking care of my dog got on the phone and told me how she was doing.
