I had them out for maintenance and it was okay overall but there was some confusion at first because i wasnt sure what time they would arrive and they came later than expected but once they got here the work was done properly they checked refrigerant levels cleaned coils and adjusted airflow the system seems to run smoother now and they did explain what was going on even if i had to ask a few times i think the service itself was solid just needed a bit more clarity in scheduling but still i would consider using them again fo... read more

My initial price was for full system replacement, so I sought a second opinion and this technician took apart the A/C and found that it was actually a bad condenser coil that was the underlying problem. He was very systematic and did approximately 3 hours. He probably saved me a lot of money vs the original suggestion.

They did a great job installing the ventilated ceiling in approximately 3 hrs and made sure it was properly sealed and insulated (which helps a lot with airflow issues we have had in that room). They also took the time to give maintenance recommendations to help me get the most out of it which was appreciated.
