When my husband first went to emerge I didn’t know were he was for a day because no one gave me a call. He switch from dignity health to emerge. I’m here in Colorado and he was there in Florida and I didn’t know where he was for a day or so that’s scary. Recently he had an accident and nobody told me that they took him to the hospital even though I am his emergency contact. This place is like a prison/mental institution. It is highly unethical, their employees are cruel people that lie constantly and it is disgustingly dirty. There is really no treatment. Just collecting money! They also do not take Covid-19 seriously. I tested positive twice there. They hid my results from me and told everyone I was faking, would not let me talk to case manager or therapist over the phone and withdrew medication. Emerge was a wonderful experience for our loved one and our family during a challenging time. The staff is focused, insightful, inspiring and they work tirelessly to give you the tools to do the work towards recovery. The town is set up to help your loved one land on their feet successfully if that’s their goal and the facility is organized. I recommend them wholeheartedly.
How do I start without being cliché? Two words. Family & Trust. I am alive today by the grace of God and major help from Emerge. They really care. They really do. They will do everything to make sure you are safe and well cared for. When I lost everything and hit rock bottom, they lifted me up and guided me to a life I never thought I deserved. This place saved my life. The people who work here are amazing and constantly there for you around the clock. It feels like a family with the love and support and genuine care for changing each and every persons life who comes through their doors.
