In the past 15 years I can not remember better service and attention to detail as Gil and Dylan provided installing our kitchen french doors. From the first call to the initial visits by Cory the service was excellent. The work included special attention to preparing and fixing the framing around the doors to to the step out from the door and the step up. The company also guarantees service if there is any problem, that is better than I saw elsewhere. I would heartily recommend Emerald. Harvey R.
Very, very disappointed. Emerald Windows came highly recommended by a trusted employee of the Philadelphia Energy Authority. October 10, 2024 Todd came to my home and measured 7 windows. He said he would send an estimate the following week. It never came. I called to follow-up 3 times with Amanda regarding an estimate. On the final call Amanda transferred me to Todd's voicemail and I left a message. As of Nov 16, 2024 - still no estimate and still no response.
