We read a lot of bad reviews about beachycations / emerald waters before booking, but decided to take a chance. The ratings were right. When we arrived at our unit after check in time as we were supposed to, the first thing we found out was that no one had cleaned the unit. I called the company and they were apologetic and promised it would be cleaned asap. Unfortunately, asap turned into 3 1/2 hours. Moving past that things were fine during the week. We stayed at Emerald Isle. Room was not clean at time of check in which was 4:00. Ada Insley, property manager was there and extremely rude. We tried calling the office at Beachycations and never got a return call. The cleaning people showed up at 9:00 and check out wasn’t until 10:00. There was also no trash can in kitchen. We never use this company again.

Have rented the same unit for two years now and have been extremely pleased with the service we received from BeachyCations. The unit is always clean, well-stocked and well-maintained. We love its convenience to the beach and surrounding amenities. Will definitely be making this an annual tradition!

Worst service ever. I'd urge everyone never to rent or allow these persons to manage your property.
