We had a very large cedar tree - very close to our house - that unfortunately died and needed to be removed. Emerald Tree Service did a fabulous job from top to bottom. They were very quick ,efficient , and friendly. They cleaned up my roof and all around the house. Left no mess. I will refer them to anyone who needs tree trimming and I will have them do more work for me in the future🤗 thank you Diego and Edgar - you guys are wonderful. Teri Francis.
Their response time was great. The job was done exactly how we wanted, the job site was clean and done within the time frame provided. To be fully transparent, we contacted two other services before going with Emerald View. 1) The first service (which we've used in the past) increased their price 41% in one year for the same tree. 2) The second service had a real poor response time. Emerald view tree service removed a 50+ year old large tree from the front yard of my house. Their team arrived at right time and resolved a problem quickly and finished the job in 3 hours. Very experienced and professional. Their work process is like mass production factory. Very efficient! Amazing team!
Our experience started off great and stayed that way with Emerald View. Communication was great: Edgar responded quickly to our phone call - he came for an estimate within hours and followed up promptly with the appropriate documentation. Emerald View Tree Service have done great job trimming oversized avocado tree. The tree retains a nice shape and has been thinned... all for a reasonable price!
