I rented a condo in January of 2021 for June 2021. I received a call they were canceling due to condo was sold and I would be getting a refund. I received a partial refund 3 days later. I am still owed over 2000.00 and as of today I was told that it was my banks fault by a representative of the resort (who would not give me her name said she was a supervisor). The entire vacation was ruined with this company no refund no blankets no regard to young children! Worst experience!!!!!! We booked vacation rental with emerald view resorts as our property manager! That was on July 20-22. First we were told there was early check in available so we can early! Then we're told check in wasn't until 4pm the maid was cleaning unit.
