Emerald Tree Care has been treating my Ash tree since ****. That was when the ash borer began invading our neighborhood and destroying our trees. Sadly, our neighbors didn't want to treat their Ash trees and they all had to be cut down. For 19 years, Emerald Tree Care has come once a year to treat my Ash tree to prevent the ash borer from returning. I highly recommend Emerald Tree Care as they have proven to be a professional and reliable business that I can count on.
Emerald Tree Care, LLC goes above and beyond every turn. It was late in the season when I contacted Emerald, but they were still able to help me. Then the trimming I asked for was not the best for the health of my tree and Emerald explained the best way to keep my tree beautiful for a long time. Then the team was on-time, completed the work with care for my yard and surrounding buildings. Lastly, there were no surprises. Everything, including the bill, was as promised. Thank you Emerald.
Has been servicing my large ash tree for 6 - 7 years, for ash borer protection and fertilization. Last year I noticed in late spring that all the leaves on one side of my tree were only half the size of the other half. Called owner, ***** *****, he stated sounds like ash borer invasion, keep me posted. Our HOA Hired this company and with it came Mr. *******. As a homeowner he was extremely rude to me. Our HOA did not let us know these people were coming at this time. He pruned my tree to such an extent that my electricity bill now will go up at least $150 Monthly. The beauty of the landscape has been ruined, cost of my trying to sell this house is going to go down because of what he did. He stood in front of my home after I asked him to leave several times. He stated it was communal property and he was going to stay there on my yard in front of my home. He said he had to come back and finish the job. I felt threatened and harassed. I had to stay o my porch while he went back to his truck and stayed there for 10-15 mins. He moved on down the street. I called the police. They took care of him and told me he wouldn’t come back. If he did they could arrest him.
This is my beautiful Autumn Purple Ash tree in my front yard. Yes, I did say “ash tree” as in the type of tree that the Emerald Ash Borer decimated most of in our area. I’m so thankful that I found Emerald Tree Care a couple of years ago. Wayne White is a Board Certified Master Arborist. Emerald Tree Care and Wayne White were very easy to work with as well as very professional. Did not try to sell me services I didn?t need! Unlike many tree ?care? companies, this one is interested in tree health, not just profiting from the removal of people?s trees!
