Shame on the owners of this facility selling the property under these terms! You were already going to make a mint! Why not be not morally-bankrupt, and have written in the terms of the sale agreement that the folks renting here could stay for 6 months - at least through the winter & the holidays! Talk about greed! I hope those apartments never get rented again, that's the kind of karma you deserve! Why would you even offer to them to look at other apartments you own?! Seriously!!! I know I would want to rent from you again...Not, Never! I think the city needs to step in and do whatever they can to help these people.

Wow. You are really evicting elderly, paying tenants with such little notice of 21 days? Pretty low class of you and especially around the holidays and winter.
How can you kick out almost 70 elderly people with only 21 days notice? Your greed makes me sick.
You don't even deserve one star the management is quite rude and talking to people as if there stupid that isn't the proper way to talk to people I hope that you understand that!! I do not live here but I'm PCP for someone who did live there as in past tense and I would not recommend this to any elder or senior that I know or if a matter fact I would never recommend it to anybody and for senior living center you sure don't plow the driveway for the seniors to get out I'm a young woman I even had problems walking in your driv... read more
