Noisy! Dirty! Smelly! Good luck getting any repairs in your unit fixed. Every year they charge way more than the legal amount on a rent increase without filing with LTB. The smart people who live here only pay the percent the gov sets out, the others foolishly pay either out of ignorance or believe the lies the staff tell. SLUMLORD!!!
Noisy, rundown, incompetent staff & 3 Fire Code Orders. Sketchy neighborhood, homeless people in stairwell & cars vandalized alot.
