NO live in resident mgr. Off site mgr lives 20 mins away. Work orders are not completed in a timely fashion or they are closed without inspecting the issue. The 5 * ratings are for previous administration. Lobby & other common areas smell like unwashed bodies/clothes. Filthy hallway carpets. Garbage is not dealt with in an efficient manner. Very poor building management. The maintenance requests take ages to be responded (see attachment. I submitted two requests two weeks ago and there was no response; the one submitted in May took over a month). You can find bugs of different kinds inside the unit, even crockroahes. In winter, the contractor usually doesn't show up until afternoon to shovel the snow and see what a great job they did to my car (photo 3)! With rent increases every year on top of agi's every year this place has water issues with it being shut off on a regular basis. Noise is always an issue with yard workers waking you up before 7am somedays with lawnmowers every week but sometimes they wait until 7am sometimes later. Then garbage trucks waking you up early about the same time every week different day. Lots of dogs with the elevator or lobby stinking sometimes. Laundry wash and dry is expensive and keeps going up. Lazy, incompetent, rude, liar & arrogant off site supt Ken Auton; does nothing! Closes work orders without inspecting and/or completing work. Other office staff defend his incompetency & lies. Noisy tenants & very smelly common areas. No amenities such as bike rack, bench to sit on at front of building, storage area etc. 1* because of excellent location!

There is constantly commotiona and noise in this building now for the last couple years. I've lived here for 6 years. It doesn't matter what time of day, something is always been worked on or renovated, even at night. Good luck getting any sense of rest or quiet on your own home. You won't find a sense of peace here, and they will keep raising the rent above the legal guideline every year without making any improvements to your living situation.
