I lived in this building for one year and had a very positive experience. The building is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The heating system worked excellently during the winter, keeping the apartment warm and comfortable. The building also has good security, and I always felt safe and at ease living here. Noisy! Dirty! Smelly! Good luck getting any repairs in your unit fixed. Every year they charge way more than the legal amount on a rent increase without filing with LTB. The smart people who live here only pay the percent the gov sets out, the others foolishly pay either out of ignorance or believe the lies the staff tell. SLUMLORD!!!
