They request above line increases every year on top of regular increases. This place is a rip off, I just had to miss work because this million dollar company (met cap) who owns buildings all over the country can’t even pay a private snow company to remove snow out of the entrance to get out of the building. They charge so much money but you get bare minimum amenities. If you’re planning on signing a lease here, don’t. You’ll be disappointed while paying nearly 1500-2000+.
fired the best mangers and now replacing them with people who could care less about your problems. Don’t move in here

lot of renovictions. landlords using agi's to price people out. The level of greed is astonishing. Got new managers again.
