I love going there Richard is the bomb ...he always is friendly and does awesome work ..the staff is friendly always smiling ...I have had 4 tattoos done by richard and plan on couple more...I drive for over an hour to go to lodi to their shop ..
Just had my tattoo done by ELF and I love it!! This place was very clean and it was a comfortable atmosphere considering its a tattoo parlor. Definitely recommend these guys!!
