Now that The Emerald Tattoo owners and staff have shared that they have taken a proactive approach in response to Benjamin's poor judgement in personal posts recently, I have retracted my 1 star review. He issued an apology, and the owners have assured several of us that repeat behavior of that variety will not be tolerated. Watching you delete all the posts about your employee Benjamin Wilson sends a strong message to people that you support his sexism and misogyny. By allowing all comments to stay, you would be respecting everyone's freedom of speech, not just Benjamin's. He represents your company and now his views are seen as yours.
Emerald Tattoo is a nice shop and just because one person expressed an opinion doesn't mean the entire shop thinks that way! I love Emerald and will continue to go there!
