Lived there when I first moved to Phoenix. Terrible place!!!
Maintenance doesn't fix anything. Water had been turned off 3 time within the last month. If the neighbors don't like you they can just make something up and management never really does anything about it. Looked great at first but has to honestly be the worst apartments I've ever lived in.
