This was a great first apartment while living as a student at Southeastern University! It's so close to campus, and I always felt safe within the complex, even at night. A good portion of the other people living here are also college students, so everyone is pretty chill and friendly. While you don't have a lot of included amenities (dishwasher, laundry inside the apartment, disposal, etc), they do this to help keep the costs down, and it's definitely one of the cheapest rents in the area that feels safe (believe me; we look... read more
