Me and my husband moved in Sept 2019 and have had 0 issues. When we had a slab leak that caused our water bill to sky rocket they had a crew out same week to fix it. When we moved into the house off of Crystal Lake they offered it to us at a discounted rate due to a good rental history with them. And again when my husband passed away July of this year 2025 our lease was set to renew and they GRACIOUSLY let me and my kids move into a 2/1 at a very affordable rate that I knew I could afford for at least the first year. And rightfully so, I personally have been living here for over a year and I like it. the two bedroom topaz apartment has been very pleasant.
