We leased a home with property management through the Golley Realty Group. Usually management is owner centric, not the Golley Realty Group. Our manager went to bat for us on a couple issues with the home. Practical and common sense operation. Nice to see this thinking still around. If you have a rental unit, I would 100% recommend the Golley Realty Group.
Wonderful experience. Very communiciative and fast to respond to emails. I ended up having someone take over my lease due to my downsizing, and Holly was there every step of the way, making sure we were all taken care of. Best property management company I've ever dealt with!
They are money hungry and evil Devin and Michelle are horrible and liars. Charging people for previous damaged properties and won't provide the information. Lawsuit on the way! They also won't send proof that they spent the money they are saying they did. Like how can you charge somebody something and not have proof of it?
