I was looking for a commercial property to expand my business, and Emerald Pointe Realty exceeded my expectations. They took the time to understand my business needs and helped me find the perfect space in Cabarrus County. Their customer service is second to none, and I felt completely supported through the entire process.
Emerald Pointe built our custom house. It was not long after covid so we hit a few bumps from shortages and availability but they always came up with a solution to not slow the process down. Even minor changes along the way, they communicated and handled it and our house turned out exactly how we wanted. We were able walk thru an already built model to see and make changes to ours. They have examples and we got talk to actual subs about our vision. People say it's a difficult process but EPR made it easy!
We just completed a large custom build with Emarld Pointe and feel blessed to have worked with such a fantastic company. It all starts with the owners, Brian and Stephanie Benton, who are incredible humans and lead a company that focuses on putting the customer first and building homes, not houses. Their team of professionals like Melanie and Doyle find a way to make everyone's dreams become reality. So GRATEFUL to Brian, Stephanie, Melanie, Doyle, and the rest of the Emerald Pointe team.
We worked with Brian Benton, the broker in charge, twice... Both in buying and selling our home in the Union County area. In both cases, Brian was extremely knowledgeable about the area and the market, helped us through the process of buying and selling, and remained in constant contact with us from start to finish each time.
