All I can say is don't get a bottom unit! And to the top unit ppl here don't stomp around on your floor especially at night ! The floor is someone else's ceiling! Idk if it's just crapy construction or just some ppl have hoves for feet or wear wood clogs all the time and weigh 400lbs! Be respectful and remember, be kind to your neighbor cause u neighbor knows we're you live! Common sense!

Biggest rent increase in Sonoma County just happened here today !!! Minimal maintenance. Pool hasnt worked in years. No hot tub anymore. Trash everywhere !!! Time to go but thats what happens when you get investor companies to buy out all the complexes and stop building !!!
