I like it cause there is a lot of respect and we all get along in the apartments...
This place is an absolute hell hole!!! My mother has been without A/C for days and the office manager says she didn't know when it would be fixed. When I asked for corporates number she wouldn't give it to me & told me to google the management company!!! I've had to file a complaint with housing authority & im waiting on a call back from local news stations. It's totally unacceptable to have elderly people living without A/C!!! DO NOT RENT HERE !!!
Please take heed of everyones reviews, they are here for a reason. I am currently trying to get my air conditioner fixed, but am now being told that it "works fine". I've taken readings at the ac output which usually read 85 degrees or higher. At first they stated that the handler was out, then the part was ordered or they would pull it from a vacant unit, now they say it works fine and they won't do anything. If you value good maintinance and air conditioning STAY AWAY! Edit: It was fixed after drastic actions.
i have lived here for almost 3 years over all i like it here but getting things fixed is not one of them. i have been telling them for a year now that when the people upstairs takes a shower it leaks really bad into my tub and now i have mold growing so bad i had to remove my towels from the cabinets. they came out once to look told me there is a leak, well hello i already knew that now what are you going to do about it.
Worst apts. Ever!!! They are trying to enforce parking but have DRUG PROBLEMS ..TERRIBLE MAINTANCE JUST A BAD APTS THAT CAN NEVER BE FIX
Bad place to live if you have children. DO NOT LEAVE NOTHING IN YOUR CAR!!! I moved in like 6 mounths ago and everything wad good until the night of the 27 of October i wake up friday morning the 28 of October and go to my truck to see that someone broke into my truck and took my babys carseat and stroller i mean like wth why would you take my babys stuff and not take the dvd player i had like really. The King of Solar Screens would love to come out and screen all the windows. It will add beauty, security, and above all a huge reduction of electric bills!!
I wish they would fix the pool it was so pretty two years ago..now its dirty and green
