Horrible service from Luigis Pizza. I normally don’t leave reviews, nor do I ever complain but I felt like this experience definitely deserved a poor review. I was so excited to try this local pizza place (I’m from WI), I called and placed an order for a large pizza with Alfredo sauce, cheese and chicken. They said it would be a 1.5 hour wait, which it was. The delivery was fine but when I looked at the pizza I was very disappointed. We visited Gatlinburg from Ohio for 4th of July weekend and wanted to eat pizza before we watched the fireworks. My sister and I walked in and asked how long the wait for 10 people would be and were told there would be no wait. They had 4 or 5 tables filled but that’s it. We looked at the menu and waited for someone to come over and take drink orders. My dad even went up to the bar to see if it is table side service and was told yes.
