Called for a noise coming from furnace, figured it was the motor. Turns out the heat exchanger had cracks in it and we needed to replace the entire unit. Even though they had to shut the gas off in the dead of winter, they were able to replace it the next day. Technicians were friendly and professional. I would recommend!
