As I said before the emarald place apartments is a great place to live the staff is very nice I love how they have bin fixing the place up the new owner's have bin doing a really great job rose the property manager has bin doing an awesome job and the staff she has is bin doing a awesome job I have bin very very very happy
From Rafael Manon I'm very glad I moved here. My apartment is very quiet and peaceful. Rose makes sure tenants feel safe. Rose took care of the loud people. Now I feel safe and I have quiet nights. Peace is very important to me. Thank you for allowing me to live here. Maintenance team is awesome. They truly know what they are doing .I'm glad I'm allowed to be part of this community.
My air conditioner went out during this 95 degree heat, and Rose and the maintenance men, June and Travis took such good care of me while mine is getting fixed. Great job guys! Thanks.
I am going on 9 days without air conditioning. Im not sure whats going on to fix the problem no one is getting back to me. But I'm being forced to watch my animals suffer from heat stroke. This is all happening in the same month my rent has been raised in the middle of my lease. The neighbors are pretty reckless and wild. The office staff is nice however I'm well aware they do not check workorders placed online.
