Melanie, The hygienist did such an amazing job, I was impressed with the time she took to inform of every detail involved. Dr Shanna Williams was heartwarming and explained everything in detail, answering all questions. Both of these medical professionals showed me much respect, The front office staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend this Dentist office!

Super Friendly Dentist I really like Dr. Jeannie. She and her husband run the building-- she gets one half, he gets the other. The whole palce is very clean and neat. The rooms aren't decorated, but they are very comfortable. They have the radio on loud enough so you can actually hear it, but not too loud. They also have a TV in each room (and they'll let you choose the channel). Essentially they do a lot to try to make you as comfortable as possible. Dr. Andrew's office and staff was very nice. However, I think Dr. Andrew's is too busy for his own good. Even with an appointment, I had to wait a while before he came to see me. And he had to leave the room multiple times to go and oversee other problems. This would have been no big deal except for the fact that my anethesia had worn off by the time he returned. Other people I have spoken with have had favorable experiences with him, but I am only able to share my experience.
