BE VERY CAREFUL!! They are very Shady. Someone in the company is stealing rent payments. EMERALD PARK & EMERALD PLACE Plainwell MI. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT! Leasing office is robbed, and they don't report it for 8 days. Which gave the thieves time to cash money orders. Sounds like an inside job to me! And now the complex is telling people to pay again even though the money was already paid and in the leasing agents office possession! Can't wait to see what the FBI and State Police find.
